How to Build a Reclaimed Wood Door | This Old House

Charlie Silva has an idea for reusing those timbers as a barn type door for the new pantry. Kevin finds Charlie in his shop working out the details. They finish taking out the original cut nails, plane the boards, clean up the edges at the jointer and glue up the boards before cutting to length. They attach the top and bottom rails and take a look at their new old door.
