There are plenty of options when choosing material for flooring. The homeowners decided to use oak floors for the new parts of the house as well as the renovated kitchen and dining room. They chose their flooring from a company in Pennsylvania, where the Hickman family has been sustainably cutting trees in their local forests for four generations.
