Therefore, the general recommendation is to wait approximately six weeks before engaging in any sort of activity that could potentially injure the surgical repair.  For Labiaplasty the healing is a little bit quicker and return to normal activity can often happen at somewhere around 4 weeks.  These numbers obviously depend on perfect end healing and no complications so your specific surgeon would be the best person to tell you when you could begin to engage in certain activities.
