You're going to lie down on the floor or on a yoga mat. You're going to keep your knees in line with your hips, and here we’re just going to target the butt again. Of course, that's what we're here for. You're going to press through those heels again. That's what it's all about in order to get a sexy butt. You're going to press those hips all the way up, squeezing your butt so you can do those heels as you press it up. And then you take it right back down. So you push those hips up. Squeeze that butt and then take it back down. Here, you want to remember that your abs stay nice and tight, the belly button stays pulled to the spine, so there’s no pressure in that lower back when you press the hips. You really just want all of that focus to be in the glutes. You can do these 10 to 12 reps here. You can also hold it up here for 10 seconds and then continue your reps. The isometric hold right here will really get deep into those glutes and then you’ll start to feel the burning sensation of your muscles really working. You can also do, with this glute bridge, you can do a whole bunch of different things. You can do a single-leg glute bridge. You can take one leg out and just bring your hips down . And this will really target one side, and you can do the other side same way. And, yep. That’s how you do a glute bridge for a sexy butt.
